- Pricing, availability and promotions may change without notice.
- Orders can be cancelled if payment fails, inventory is unavailable or fraud checks flag the transaction.
- We may restrict accounts that show abusive behavior, repeated returns abuse or suspected misuse.
Privacy Policy
We store only the data necessary to provide shopping features like account access, checkout and order tracking. We do not sell personal data.
- Account data: email, order history and preferences (if you choose to save them).
- Device data: basic analytics and performance metrics to improve reliability.
- Payments: card/UPI details are processed by payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only for eligible products and within the specified return window shown on the product page/order details. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Non-returnable items may include innerwear, consumables and certain hygiene products.
- Damaged or missing parts can lead to rejection or partial refunds after inspection.
- For incorrect/damaged items, raise a request as soon as possible from your order details.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by pin code, courier capacity and product category. Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout and on the order page.
- We deliver to most serviceable pin codes in India.
- COD availability depends on your area and order value.
- Delivery attempts are subject to courier policies and local restrictions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated after return pickup and verification, or after cancellation confirmation. Refund processing time depends on your payment method.
- UPI refunds typically reflect faster than card/net-banking.
- Bank-side processing can take additional business days.
- In case of partial shipment or replacement, refunds may be adjusted accordingly.
Payments & Billing
Glaxfy supports UPI, cards and other common payment methods based on partner availability. For payment failures, retry checkout or use an alternative method.
- We run basic risk checks to protect customers from unauthorized transactions.
- Invoices are available in your order details once the item ships.
